This dashboard provides quick access to the clinFHIR modules. Click on any card to open the corresponding module in a new tab.

Patient Viewer

For the Clinician or Analyst, this module shows the Resources that comprise part of a Patient record, focusing on the connections between resources and displaying data in a familiar format. There are example records to view, or you can select a Patient from a FHIR server.

Bundle Viewer

Aimed at the Implementor, this module will display the contents of FHIR Bundles. There are a number of visualization and validation options available to help you understand the structure and contents of the bundle.

Bundles can be pasted in directly, uploaded from the local computer, pulled from a remote server or accessed from the library.

Local storage and Remote Libraries are supported

Graph Builder

The Graph Builder will allow you to build resource graphs that represent a scenario using Resources and References. Graphs generated by the tool can be saved to the Library and viewed in both Bundle Visualizer and Patient Viewer.

Questionnaire Viewer

View questionnaires in tree format or rendered as a form. This tool allows you to easily navigate and understand the contents of FHIR Questionnaires, particularly with respect to the SDC Implementation Guide.

QuestionnaireResponse Viewer

Display and validates the contents of a QuestionnaireResponse resource. Requires the associated Questionnaire to be available.

Questionnaire Editor

A model based designer for Questionnaires. This tool provides a user-friendly interface for creating SDC compliant forms that can be used in clinical and administrative settings.

Server Query

Query a FHIR server using a simple User Interface. You can search for resources using the FHIR search API, and view them in detail and as a graph.

Terminology

When completed allow creation & display of ValueSets, CodeSystems and other Terminology artifacts

Implementation guide viewer

When completed will display the contents of the FHIR artifacts within an Implementation Guide
